concept&design Archi Wood is a variation of the Archi project that further emphasises its original concept: guiding the eye through a circular glazed opening that visually connects two different spaces within the home. The addition of slim wooden panels around the outside of the circle and within the slender frames makes the telescope effect even more legible and striking, introducing a subtle reference to Eastern design that gives the iconic sliding system even greater personality. “The Archi project, also in its Wood version, brings a welcoming, feminine aesthetic into the rigorous masculine geometries typical of contemporary architectural spaces. In the same way, the dialogue between wood and glass brings warmth and refinement to the spaces connected by this ADL system.”
