Goal Presentation to the trade press of the new Montelvini sparkling wine protocol.
Concept “San” is the Japanese word for the number three. Three, like the organoleptic characteristics of Asolo Prosecco Montelvini, but also like the rooms of Iyo, the Japanese restaurant in the heart of Milan where, in June 2018, this particular event was held. Starting from the number three and from the land of the Rising Sun, we have developed a concept in which Japanese cuisine meets Asolo’s enological excellence.
Design Each guest was welcomed with a placeholder bearing their name written in Japanese characters, while three videos were projected in the background and made according to the “sumi-e” technique, i.e. monochromatic ink and water painting. Each short film, accompanied by a haiku-style text, told the guests about each of the different characteristics of Asolo Prosecco, such as sapidity, structure and a fruity aroma.
